the holidays are finally over.. time to put away the wrapping paper & bring out your sparklers.. another new year is right around the corner.. my plans are still up in the air.. i usually don't make plans till the day of.. seems easier that way.. christmas was a hit.. i spent the morning at my mom's house opening gifts & having breakfast in bed.. around 2 marlon, my mom & i drove up to my dads house in ojai for some more gifting & a giant family dinner. my dad cooked one of his famous dishes.. love having a good home cooked meal.. there is nothing better.. on the way home my mom & i ended up taking a wrong turn & ended up at a ski resort an hour out of the way.. typical.. a few of my favorite gifts i got this year was..

january

-had a photoshoot in LA with hostel industries

 

february

-turned 21 and went to the san diego zoo for my birthday

-had my 1 year buzznet anniversary

 

march

-last month spent in california

-quit going to brooks

 

april

-moved back to cincinnati ohio from california

-broke up with jon

-started working for my dad at his studio

 

may

-taking back sunday concert

-forever the sickest kids concert

-went to the casino for the 1st time to celebrate jessica's 21st birthday

-had a crush on matt the photographer

-got my d700

-a day to remember concert

-sold my very first photograph ever to a high end music store (it's still hanging up there)

 

june

-redecorated my bedroom and finally made it my own

-got Taz the 2nd puggle in our family

-met nick

-dated nick for all of about a week or so haha

-amazing bonfires and nights with kelsey, nick, david, georgia, etc.

-went canoeing for the first time 

 

july

-spent 4th of july in virginia with my sister and our relatives

-kindra came into town from cali

-warped…

Despues de un descanso, una caida o simplemente un stop, viene el tiempo de tomar desiciones y seguir adelante, las ruedas vuelven a girar y el mecanismo se activa y aunque siempre existe el riesgo de un accidente sabes que no puedes parar solo por hacerlo porque quedarse en el mismo lugar es como si se fuera perdiendo la vida. bueno, finalmente luego de dos visitas al Mty y una casi coincidencia en el Df pude platicar por un poco con mademoiselle Novelo y tambien asi desempolvar un poco el buzz.

Novelo. me acordé de la escena de Tom Waits con Iggy Pop, y asi en ese orden quedan para esta foto.

si habia algun lugar en Monterrey que me faltaba por conocer y del que siempre escuché fue el restaurante Al, que lo tengo impregnado en la cabeza por el video de Jumbo y las fotos interiores de ese disco, la mentada avanzada regia
